Welcome to the Yocum Realty web page! I am married with
two children and six grandchildren living within the Lima
area. I graduated from Cincinnati Christian College in 1976
with a B.S. in Education. Having lived the past 25 years in
this community, I can say I am knowledgeable of the com-
munity and the neighborhoods and love every one of them.
Lima has been a wonderful place for my family and me.
I went to Hondros Real Estate College in Toledo, Ohio.
I am certified in practices and principles of real estate,
real estate law, real estate appraisal, and real estate
financing. I am a member of the Ohio Association of realtors,
the National Association of Realtors, and the Northwest
Ohio Association of Realtors. Whether you are planning
